The timing of advertisement to the market can also be a factor that determines whether it is a good advertisement or bad advertisement. If the timing is right and market needs that advertisement then even a small Ad Campaign can bring huge value to product or service the Ad Campaign is supporting. Whereas, if the timing of advertisement to the market is not in favour of the Ad Campaign then no matter how good the advertisement is or the money you put into the Ad Campaign it would not serve its purpose and can be a huge lose to the company presenting the advertisement.
